Venue Description

The venue is situated on George Street, with the main entrance at street level. With prior arrangement, we can also allow customers to enter via road level into the basement.

Queue jump is available for those who can’t stand for long periods of time, personal assistant tickets are also available (please email to book).

GROUND FLOOR

Main bar area with booth-style seating and stools. Generally quieter than the basement, with soft lighting. 4.5m projection screen which broadcasts the stage performance at most shows.

Main entrance – 3 small steps, 80cm width

Gender neutral toilets, step down and 77cm width entrance – toilet door 70cm

BASEMENT

Main stage with dynamic lighting and occasionally strobes. Second bar at rear. Mostly open space with some stools and sofas.

From road level to basement entrance – 3 steps

Basement entrance leads to main space

From main space to male/female toilets – 5 steps

From main space to street level (main bar) – 18 steps with handrail

Entrance 100cm width, 3 steps

Gents toilet entrance 79cm

Ladies toilet entrance 82cm

5 steps up from dancefloor to toilet then a further 13 steps up (with handrail) to the ground floor

ENTERING FROM STREET LEVEL

3 small steps from pavement to entrance/front desk area

No lowered front desk but there is space around the side, should you need it

Gender neutral toilets are two steps down

From front desk, 1 small step up to bar area

No lowered area in main bar but if you require assistance, our bar staff will be more than happy to come out and serve you from the front.

Booth room has variety of seating options including booth seating, sofas and stools

Please ask staff if you require the downstairs performance to be projected upstairs.

If you require a PA ticket to attend a show, please send an email to lou@moles.co.uk and we can arrange this for you.

Accessible viewing area

If you require a seat for the show, there are a few options available. We can provide a seat to the left hand side of the stage, or alternatively, we can arrange a more suitable position if required. Please contact us to discuss. There is also a quieter space available, with a projection of the show. We are able to reserve a sofa in this area for you if needed.

Travel Guide and Arrival Guide

Bath Spa station is 0.7 miles away.

Customers are able to be dropped off outside the venue, right next to the road level entrance. If you require entry to the venue using these doors, please do let us know in advance.

Toilets

There are 2 gender neutral toilets at street level and male female toilets are available at road level. We don’t currently have a fully accessible toilet. The nearest accessible toilet is located at Revolution, 1 George Street (approx 500ft at the other end of the street).

Customers with Medical Requirements

We welcome customers who may need to bring food, drink, medicine, medical equipment with them to manage a medical condition.

Assistance Dogs

We welcome assistance dogs to the venue

Strobe Lighting

We sometimes use strobe lighting within the venue, if you have any concerns, please let us know.

Other Info (e.g. assisted performances)

  • We have a quiet space available in the main bar area. This space has the show projected at selected performances.
  • We have a member of security staff who can use BSL, please let us know in advance if you require this.
  • Assistance dogs are welcome in the venue, but please be aware live gigs and clubnights are often loud and busy.
  • We are part of the #neverOK initiative and are committed to providing a safe, harassment-free space for all our customers.
