This Thursday sees one the most hotly tipped bands in the UK today playing Moles. Currently touring to promote their new album on Mogwai’s label Rock Against Action the Scottish four piece have been picking up praise from all corners of the music press including a top 10 song of the week in the NME.

One of Moles’ favorite bands, who played a storming Christmas show here on December 18th, have taken yet another step on the road to breaking the US with an outstanding performance on David Letterman’s Late Show. So impressed was Letterman that he insisted they play some more.

The new Moles Music Cafe is now open from 11.30am until late. The cafe is situated on the raised pavement on George St above the usual Moles Venue entrance.
