:: Environmental Organizations & companies in Bath Bath has a bit of a history of Eco stuff which goes right back to the days of Comtek who were based in Weymouth street - & incidentally were one of the things that originally brought me (Philip Andrews) to Bath. There was also the Bath Arts Workshop with it's counter culture and eco-ish overtones. Bath has left all that behind to some extent, but there's still an affinity for that kind of thing in the city, and this is where you'll find some of the links to that "ecoworld".

:: Estate Agents selling houses Web sites of Estate Agents that sell houses. Be warned - house prices in Bath are STEEP. You'll need a deep wallet, an understanding bank manager, or wealthy doting parents to buy properties in this town!

:: Festivals in the Bath area Bath is the new "City of Festivals" - apparently! We've listed all the known festivals, with their approximate dates (where known). Overseas visitors may well want to time their visit to coincide with some of them.

We even have one of the oldest swingers in town (who must be turning in his grave now that the likes of Sarah Webb are trying to close the city's nightlife down) in the form of good 'ol Beau Nash, who really put Bath on the map!

:: Universities & Colleges in Bath area Bath has one of the top universities for engineering and the hard sciences in the country, and a more humanities based Bath Spa Uni, that was once a College of FE - check them out. This is one of the more pleasant places to spend your student days!

:: Veggie Cafes and Restaurants - local This is for any local veggie cafes and restaurants - within reasonable travelling distance, given current concerns about global warming.

:: Venues in Bath Bath has quite a few pubs with live music apart from the Porter Cellar Bar. We've listed the ones that do serious live bands as opposed to pubs with a naff covers duo in corner with a casio keyboard set-up and mixer-amp.
