READ FIRST: Tips for gig request emails:

* Include a LINK to your music. Do NOT attach music to the email, it will not get through.

* Tell us where you are from.

* Read our listings- see the sort of shows we put on and pick nights you feel you’d be suitable for.

* A short biog is best (we don’t have time to read War and Peace), with press quotes if you have any.

* Put the name of your band in the subject of the email for ease of reference later.

* Be patient. We get a lot of requests each day and if we have something suitable to offer you, we will be in touch. Bear in mind if you’re not from the local area it will be harder for us to find you a slot.
