Moles, where music comes first

Achingly cool, California based Young The Giant have been on our radius for a little while since we heard the quite frankly magnificent “My Body”.

Now we can almost hear the 360 days of sunshine creeping into their tracks without becoming too saccharine. We’re at SXSW soon and will report back on these guys live. In the meanwhile we’ll grab a beer, sit in the sun and pretend we’re in Orange County (with a scarf and gloves on).

We can’t stop listening to Oh Land, she is quite simply our favorite Danish thing right now (apart from their pastries and bacon)

She makes beautiful, bouncy pop music with hooks you could hang your hat on. Don’t believe me? Listen to “Sun of a Gun” and try not singing it all day long.
